1. The candidates who have completed the course under JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru in the regular mode can apply for Transcript / Migration Certificate through this portal.
2. Candidates who have completed the course under JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru through online mode shall not apply through this portal.
3. The candidates who have been awarded degree by any other Universities (like University of Mysore/Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences etc) shall not apply through this portal. They can contact respective College/University with their requirements.
4. If the applications are not in accordance with point 2 & 3 above, they will be rejected, and no refunds will be issued.

Candidates who have completed the course under JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru through online mode are issued with digitally signed Transcript / Migration Certificate (soft copy only) on payment basis. For such requirements, please contact JSSAHER - Center for Distance & Online Education (cdoe@jssuni.edu.in).

The candidates who have been awarded degree by any other Universities (like University of Mysore/Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, etc.,) may please contact respective College / University for their requirements.
