In its continued pursuit of institutional excellence, administrative efficiency and workforce empowerment, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru organized One-Day ‘Capacity Building Programme for Non-Teaching Staff’ on 22nd April 2026, Wednesday, under the inspiring annual theme ‘One World, One Health: Intelligent Solutions’. The event was held under the thought-provoking banner ‘Building Skills for a Smarter Workforce’ the programme reflected on unwavering commitment to holistic institutional development and staff enrichment. The programme was conceived as a strategic initiative to strengthen the professional competencies, administrative capabilities, technological adaptability and ethical foundations of the non-teaching staff which is an indispensable pillar in the effective functioning of any academic institution.
