Department of Orthopedics, JSS Medical College & Hospital, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, under the aegis of Indian Orthopedics Association organized National Level ’IOA Cadaveric Skill Course on Pelvis & Acetabulum (Soft & Hard skill) on 20th & 21st August 2022 JSS Medical College, Mysuru

The Department of Anatomy had provided specially treated cadavers with genelyn fluid which made the tissues feel surreal and providing an exact simulation of a live surgery

The saw bone workshop helped to learn tips & tricks in fixation of fractures from Masters who have moved down from all over the country. Further to this case scenario and panel discussions made it a comprehensive curriculum.

A special lecture By Dr.Ram Chadda, Vice-President of Indian Orthopaedic Association on 'Soft skills for Doctors” in present scenario of doctor patient relationship was specially arranged.

The 2 day academic feast was most appreciated by the delegates who had reached down from parts across the country.
