Department of Community Medicine has conducted a “Health Education and Awareness Activity” regarding novel coronavirus (nCoV) on 10th Mar.2020 The Staff and Students of JSS Law College have been educated and oriented about the general precaution, should practice general hygiene measures, including regular handwashing with soap and potable water, avoiding touching eyes, nose or mouth with hands, and avoiding contact with sick animals or spoiled animal products. Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.
