Reconstituted Dental Education Unit, (unit of CCLPE) JSS Dental College & Hospital, JSSAHER established in May 2017 prides itself for launching the STUDENT DENTAL CONFERENCE 2019 for the first time by the esteemed Institute on August 19th and 20th. The target audience for this conference were the graduate and Undergraduate students with the theme “Crafting Competence in Dental Culture”.

The first day of the conference began with opening inauguration of five parallel running Pre- conference Hands-On Workshop by the stalwarts and eminent clinicians of dental fraternity on the current aspects of Dental Practice such as Practice Management and Clinical Decision Making, Clinical Case scenarios, Communication skills for Effective Practice, Value of Informed Consent, Medical Emergencies, Basics in Rotary Endodontics, Conscious Sedation, Composites for Esthetic Dentistry and Basic Life support. The dedicated and dynamic exposition of the external resource Faculty namely Dr. Ravindra S Savadi, Dr. Srinivas Nameneni Dr. R Saravanan, Dr. Deepak Mehta, Dr. Krishnaraj Narayan and In-House Faculty namely Dr. HP Jaishankar, Dr, Sunila B Sangappa, Special Interest Group for Medical Emergencies by Dr. Sahith and Team, JSSAHER and Dr. Vinutha M was applauded by the student delegates across the workshop that extended till evening.
