Important information to delegates

Due to uncertain and unexpected situation which may arise due to Covid-19 pandemic following conditions are applicable to registered delegates. The decision of Local organizing committee is final in case the event stands cancelled or postponed.

Policy of LOC if the congress is postponed (For Indian Nationals)

• Registration fee is non-returnable.
• New dates for the congress will be informed to every delegate at-least 15 days in advance for planning their itinerary.

If the Congress is conducted either in Hybrid mode and/or virtual mode

• Delegate will be given an option to choose the type of participation, either in virtual or in physical.
• If the delegate is willing to participate online, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• If the delegate wishes to participate in physical, there will be no changes in registration fee.
• If the congress is held in online mode, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• The registration fee must be paid to said Bank Account through online mode only

Policy of LOC in case Foreign Delegates

• Foreign delegates have an option to participate in congress in physical or virtually.
• If any Foreign delegate want to transfer their type of participation from Virtual to Physical and vice versa is allowed.
