PROGRAM OVERVIEW : AI For INDIAN HEALTHCARE LEADERS

Our modular approach fits effortlessly into the demanding routines of medical leaders, delivering immediately usable frameworks directly between patient rounds or daily commutes. We strip away the coding and technical fluff to help healthcare professionals streamline workflows, automate clinical notes, and protect their practice so you can slash daily documentation burdens, accelerate insurance payouts, and get home two hours earlier every day.

PROGRAM CORE OBJECTIVES

Participants will master tactical execution plans designed to achieve clear institutional improvements:

  • ?Save up to 2 hours daily on routine medical documentation and paperwork.
  • ?Deploy tailored, low-resource AI setups custom-mapped to specific ward layouts..
  • ?Establish ironclad patient data privacy controls fully compliant with India's DPDP Act.
  • ?Accelerate hospital billing and optimize fields for faster insurance payouts via NHCX.
  • ?Automate background computer alerts to eliminate high-risk charting mistakes.
  • ?Utilize rigorous operational validation checklists to catch data hallucinations.

LIVE SESSION

INTERACTIVE WEEKEND LIVE MASTERCLASSES & INNOVATION SHOWCASES

📅 Moderators: 💼 Mr. Adarsh (CIO, Excelsoft) 🎓 Dr. Sushma P

The core curriculum is anchored by two mandatory, high-yield live interactions on Saturday, July 4, 2026, and Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM IST. Moderated by Dr. Akshay HM, Mr. Adarsh (CIO, ExcelSoft), and Dr. Sushma P., these sessions bridge the gap between asynchronous theory and clinical execution. Delegates will participate in live simulations of ambient voice summaries, real-time ICU telemetry dashboards, system prompt engineering, and operational verification checklists.
These masterclasses also feature the Startup Live Demo Arena, an exclusive platform built to bridge the gap between groundbreaking clinical AI innovation and enterprise procurement. Select digital health and clinical AI innovators (such as LTTS) and startups will run live demonstrations of deployable technologies, giving teams a direct pipeline to showcase their platforms to the hospital owners, corporate medical directors, and procurement heads in the cohort.

MILESTONE SUBMISSION: INDIVIDUAL CAPSTONE BLUEPRINT & EVALUATION

📅 Sunday, July 12, 2026, by 11:00 PM IST

The Deliverable: By Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 11:00 PM IST, every delegate must individually submit a 1-Page AI Clinical Deployment Blueprint via the LMS portal using a provided, structured executive template. To match their distinct institutional scale, participants will design an actionable framework across one of three chosen deployment scopes: a localized Clinic Level optimization, a multi-department Hospital Level operational integration, or a macro-tier State or National Level public health policy blueprint.
The Dual-Tier Review Process: Following submission, an intensive preliminary screening and evaluation will be conducted by the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Healthcare, Government of India team. On Friday, July 17, 2026, by 6:00 PM IST, the top 5–10 individual finalists will be announced.
The Grand Defense & Graduation: On Saturday, July 18, 2026, the selected finalists will advance to pitch their 3-slide implementation blueprint live to the Capstone Grand Jury Chairs. Final judgment and graduation certification will be decided directly by Dr. R.K. Srivastava (Former Director General of Health Services [DGHS], Govt of India & Former Chairman, Medical Council of India [MCI/NMC]) and Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta (Global Digital Health Authority & Former Senior Advisor to the Union Health Ministry, Government of India).
