• The theme is 'Medicine' - it is open for interpretations.
• The poems must be in English only.
• The poems have to be submitted by 15th October 2021 (6 PM GMT +5:30) to asclepius2k21.literary@jssuni.edu.in
• The poem has to be original, plagiarism of any sort would lead straight to disqualification.
• The participants are required to present their poems during the conference for a panel of esteemed judges.
• The participants would be judged on the basis of both - writing and performance.
• Decisions of the judges shall be final and binding.

We're calling for all visual storytellers to capture the untold consequences of CoVID - 19 on people’s lives and livelihoods.

• The team that completes all the tasks the fastest will win.
• The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

JAM - JUST A MINUTE

Discussions need not always turn into monologs. So here's a twist to a regular discussion. You will have 'Just A Minute' to speak on the topic given, well only if your worthy opponents let you do so!

Those who are not speaking are free to object in case the speaker makes a grammatical error/ a factually incorrect statement/stutters/fumbles. Your fate then lies in the hands of the JAM Master who will approve or disapprove the objection. If approved, the person objecting you will get to speak for the remaining share of your time. So, keep a watch for your time, and your words!

Here are the rules to make it easier for you

• Each participant will have one minute to speak on the given topic
• The opponents are free to object to the speaker's argument.
• The decision of the JAM Master will be final, and cannot be questioned
• If approved, the person objecting will get to speak for the remainder of the speaker's time limit
• The participant speaking at the end of one minute will be awarded one point.
