As directed by the Karnataka State Government to observe June 18, 2020 as “Mask Day” in order to create awareness among the public on the importance of using face masks, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru in association with NSS Unit of the college took out Jatha in the college premises keeping in mind the COVID guidelines. Dr. T.M. Pramod Kumar, Principal, JSSCPM along with all the teaching and non-teaching staff wore mask and took part in the awareness jatha on using masks. Dr. T.M. Pramod Kumar emphasized on the importance of wearing mask to prevent coronavirus spread. It is a routine practice in the college premises to wear masks, use of sanitizers and maintaining social distance.
