The department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty had organized a one week hands on training program on “Basics in HPLC Method development – Phase I” exclusively for the benefit of the final year B. Pharm (VIII Sem) students of our institution. Along with the department faculties Dr. M. R. Jeyaprakash, coordinated the training. Ten students have enrolled and actively participated in the program. They have been trained on the basic theoretical aspects, trouble shooting on method development, instrumental handling and data analysis. This program will help them to enhance their analytical separation skills and to meet the industrial requirements.
