Report on Blood Donation Camp Conducted at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru As a part of the 56th National Pharmacy Week Celebrations, Department of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Mysuru Branch organized a Blood Donation Camp on 7th December 2017 in the premises of JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru. The Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Dr. Mohammed Salahuddin, Principal, Farooqia College of Pharmacy, Mysuru. During the inauguration, Dr. T. M. Pramod Kumar, Principal, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru; Dr. Puneet Jain, Assistant Professor Department of Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion, JSS Medical College & Hospital; Dr. Umesh M, Coordinator, NPW, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru were present. About 100 volunteers who have registered for the blood donation were screened and around 51units of blood was collected from the volunteers. Mr. Puttaraju, Administrative Officer, Dr. M P Gowrav, NSS Program Officer, Dr. J Suresh, Mr. B. Vishwanath, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru and Blood Bank Officers of JSS Hospital, Mysuru were also present during the blood donation camp
